Mike Nichols
Chief Financial OfficerNichols has spent over 30 years in bank management, serving banks ranging from $15 million to $4 billion in assets. At his previous post, the bank he managed was named the best independent bank in the country by Money Magazine in 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. His philanthropic work includes providing financing and founding leadership for Women in Need, a shelter for battered women, and chairing the United Way Campaigning in Dallas and Hunt County.
William Flori
SVP Operations & RetailBill joined Opportunity Bank, N.A. in October 2007 as Executive Vice President. Opportunity Bank, N.A. was founded in June 2007 and is located near the intersection of Campbell & Plano Road in Richardson. Bill is responsible for all of the Bank's operational, retail, and marketing efforts. He has approximately 10 years in the banking industry and his experience includes risk management, vendor management, contract negotiation, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Information Technology, risk assessments and several other operational areas of Banks. Bill currently serves as an Ambassador in the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Small Business Roundtable Committee, and serves as an Advisory Board member for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce. Prior to moving to the DFW area, Bill lived in Bettendorf, IA where he was responsible for a Risk Management department for a billion dollar bank that had over 25 branch locations. Bill received his B.A. in Accounting from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA where he was also a member of the football team.
Donald M. Hardy
Senior Loan Review OfficerHardy graduated from Southern Methodist University and served in the United States Marine Corps. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial lending.
Lynn Handrigan
AVP Branch ManagerLynn joined Opportunity Bank N.A. in Dec 2008 as AVP Branch Manager. Lynn is responsible for day to day lobby operations as well as participating in the bank's marketing and business development efforts. Lynn has been in banking in Richardson for 25 years and has varied experience in Retail and Loan operations as well as in Marketing. Lynn is a member of Richardson Rotary and on the Advisory Board for Richardson Living Magazine. She is also very involved with the Network of Community Ministries and a member of First United Methodist Church Richardson. Over the years Lynn has served with Richardson Regional Medical Center Foundation and president of the RRMC Women's Advisory Council and has supported many other community organizations in Richardson.
David Phillips
VP Commercial LendingPhillips graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Banking and Finance. He has over 30 years experience in commercial lending. He is an active member of the Prestonwood Rotary Club of Dallas. Was a previous Board of Director with the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and with the McKinney Baseball Association. He enjoys playing golf and fishing.
