Glen Terry

President and CEO

Terry has more than 33 years experience in banking, with over 24 years in California; Terry held the positions of president and chief executive officer with five community banks in California, ranging in size from de novo banks to banks with total assets in excess of $2.5 billion; Terry also held senior positions in multi-billion dollar regional and interstate banks; Developed and implemented a relationship based, business acquisition model that brought cultural change to banks he managed and produced stable, low cost deposit funded institutions.


Tom Yenne

Tom Yenne

Senior Vice President, President Texas Region

Yenne has over 30 years experience in banking in North Texas. He served as the Chairman and CEO of a Dallas based community bank as well as a senior executive for two regional banks in Texas. Yenne began his career in capital markets and mortgage banking, and has significant experience leading efforts to raise capital for banking institutions. Yenne is active with the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) which represents the interests of community banks throughout the state. He previously served on the boards of the West Dallas Development Corporation and the Chance Center of Dallas. Yenne earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. Yenne also served on the SMU Board of Trustees committee on development, external affairs and athletics, and is currently on the SMU committee of Student Affairs.


Donald M. Hardy

Senior Vice President, Asset Based Lending

Hardy graduated from Southern Methodist University and served in the United States Marine Corps. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial lending.


Lynn Handrigan

Lynn Handrigan

Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager

Handrigan joined Opportunity Bank N.A. in Dec 2008 as AVP Branch Manager. Handrigan has been a banker in Richardson for 25 years and has varied experience in retail and loan operations as well as marketing. Handrigan is a member of Richardson Rotary and on the Advisory Board for Richardson Living Magazine. She is also very involved with the Network of Community Ministries and a member of First United Methodist Church Richardson. Over the years Handrigan has served with Richardson Regional Medical Center Foundation and president of the RRMC Women's Advisory Council and has supported many other community organizations in Richardson.


David Phillips

David Phillips

Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Phillips graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Banking and Finance. He has over 30 years experience in commercial lending. He is an active member of the Prestonwood Rotary Club of Dallas. Phillips was a previous Board of Director with the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and with the McKinney Baseball Association. He enjoys playing golf and fishing.
