If your debit card is lost or stolen, please call (469) 385-2800 immediately.

Unless you have been grossly negligent or engaged in fraud, you will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using your lost or stolen Visa card. This does not apply to ATM transactions or transactions using your Personal Identification Number, which are not processed by Visa.
